How do I cancel an order?
Cancellation can only be done before payment. Please contact us at ninewines.sg@gmail.com for further assistance in cancelling of orders.
How do I make payment?
(i) Cash – Upon Delivery
(ii) Credit/Debit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX) through PayPal or a PayPal Account

Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently we only deliver within Singapore.
What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery for orders over S$250 to one location
S$15 – orders below S$250 to one location
S$15 – each additional delivery location
How long will it take for my wine to be delivered?
2 - 3 working day after processing of orders. Urgent delivery can be requested subjected to availability.
What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing?
We try our best to ensure strive to make sure this never happens but in the event that it does, kindly indicate on the delivery note and contact us at ninewines.sg@gmail.com
What is your return policy?
In the case of undrinkable wine, incorrect delivery or damages in the process of delivery, you are welcome to return the wines within 7 days from the date of delivery, in exchange of a new bottle or store credit voucher.
